Each Brief has a Link Settings section for managing its visibility.
To customize your Brief's Link Settings:
1) Click the icon with the three dots [...] next to your Brief.
2) Click Link Settings
3) Customize the following settings:
Require Email to view:
Toggle On: The viewer must enter their email address to view your Brief
Toggle Off: The viewer is not required to enter their email address to view your Brief
PDF Download:
Toggle On: The viewer can download your Brief as a PDF
Toggle Off: The viewer cannot download your Brief
Passcode:
Add passcode: The viewer must enter this passcode to view your Brief
No passcode: The viewer is not required to enter a passcode to view your Brief
